Which is worse?
Being unhappily married or being a single mother? For me? and finally, for RK?
For me, it was very important for my son to see a healthy relationship between his father and I. Not one where we were arguing and yelling all the time. I think it was better to be a single mom than to be in an unhappy marriage. Plus, I don't think my being unhappy would make me a very good mother to my son either. I believe what my son sees now, is two people who trying so hard to respect each other which I think is a good thing. I feel very fortunate that we get along so well. I don't think that we would had if we stayed married..

My answer – as you all may know – is that it is far easier to be a single mother than to be unhappily married. But, everything is relative.
