Bolu Pisang


There is no place for racism or xenophobia in Australia. I came here to start a new life, to build a better future, with my partner, Sinyo, who has been living here for 50 years.

​This weekend's anti-immigrant rallies do not reflect the Australia that I know. The Australia I know is a place where migrant families are a core part of the national story. They come for a better life, and I came for the same thing, because Australia is a prosperous and welcoming society.

BOLU PISANG KUKUS
1 buah pisang besar
1 butir telur
6 sdm gula (4 sdm krn pisang matang)
6 sdm tepung terigu (self rising flour)
1/4 sdt baking soda - no
1/4 sdt baking powder - no
1/4 sdt vanili - no
6 sdm minyak goreng
6 sdm kelapa parut
1 sdm campuran bumbu spekuk/jahe bubuk

1. Panaskan wajan kukus
2. Dalam mangkok: haluskan pisang dengan garpu
3. Tambahkan telur dan gula, kocok mengunakan garpu atau whisk hingga gula larut.
4 Masukkan terigu, baking soda, baking powder, vanili. Aduk sampai tercampur rata.
5. Tambahkan minyak dan aduk.
6. Tambahkan kelapa parut dan aduk.
7. Tuang kedalam loyang dan kukus sampai matang kira2 30 menit. Gunakan tusuk gigi untuk test kematangan.
