Apple Nut Loaf Cake
I only tried making apple cake after I moved far from home to a country where apples could be bought very cheaply. Since that, Apple cake is one of my very favorite desserts. It comes together really easily, you don't even need a mixer. Sweet apples and warm cinnamon will fill your house with the best of autumn baking!

APPLE NUT LOAF CAKE
Bahan Basah:
1 Apple ukuran besar
1/2 cup gula palem
1/2 cup minyak goreng / olive oil
1/2 cup kacang-kacangan, cincang
1 butir telur, kocok lepas
1 sdt vanila
Bahan Kering:
1 cup terigu self-rising
1 sdm kayumanis
1 sdt baking soda
sedikit garam
- Panaskan oven 175°C. Lapisi loyang dengan baking paper atau beri butter dan lapisan terigu tipis tipis
- Kupas dan potong2 apel bentuk kubus kecil.
- Dalam mangkok besar: masukkan potongan apel, gula palem, minyak, telur, kacang2an dan vanila. Dengan menggunakan sendok kayu, aduk sampai tercampur rata.
- Di mangkok lainnya: campur terigu, kayumanis, baking soda dan sedikit garam.
- Campur adonan basah ke adonan kering dan aduk rata.Tuang ke loyang dan panggang selama 50 menit atau tergantung oven masing-masing. Lakukan test tusuk jika keluar bersih maka kue sudah matang.
