Coconut Banana Nut Bread



Good Monday Morning. It's summer raining so I just want to be lazy also today is my first day of summer holiday. Today has to be hot chocolate day. Let's share a cup of hot chocolate and a slice of Coconut Nuts Bread and get this day started. Blessings to all ☕

Coconut Banana Nuts Bread

Dry Ingredients / Bahan Kering:
2 cups flour / 2 cup terigu
1 cup grated coconut / 1 cup kelapa parut.
1/2 cup sugar / 1/2 cup gula
1/4 cup palm sugar / 1/4 cup gula palem
1 tsp backing soda / 1 sdt backing soda
1/2 tsp salt / 1/2 sdt garam


Wet Ingredients / Bahan Basah:
2 large ripe bananas, mashed / 2 buah pisang ukuran besar yang sudah matang, haluskan
1/4 cup milk / 1/4 cup susu
1/4 cup olive oil or cooking oil / 1/4 cup olive oil atau minyak goreng
2 eggs / 2 butir telur
1 tsp vanilla powder / 1 sdt bubuk vanila

1 cup of nuts can be walnuts, almonds (I use peanuts), chopped / 1 cup kacang2an bisa kenari, almonds (saya kacang tanah), cincang.


Steps:
1. Preheat the oven, temperature 180°c. 
Prepare a 9 inch loaf tin, grease it with butter and lightly coat with flour.

Panaskan oven,.suhu 180°c. Siapkan loyang loaf ukuran 9 inch olesi mentega dan beri terigu lapisi tipis.

2. In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients well.


Dalam mangkok yang besar, campur rata bahan kering.

3. In a medium bowl, add banana, egg, milk, oil and vanilla. Using a whisk or fork mix well

Dalam mangkok sedang, masukkan pisang, telur, susu, minyak dan vanili. Dengan menggunakan whisk atau garpu aduk hingga tercampur rata

4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until everything is mixed.



Masukkan bahan basah kedalam bahan kering dan aduk hingga tercampur rata semuanya.

5. Add some nuts. Stir but don't do it too much or the cake won't rise.


Masukkan sebagian kacang2an. aduk tapi jangan aduk berlebihan nanti bantet.

6. Pour the dough into the pan. Sprinkle nuts on top. 


Tuang adonan ke loyang. beri sisa kacang2an diatasnya.

7. Bake for 30 minutes or more depending on your oven. Do a test with a toothpick.



Pakar hingga 30 menit atau lebih tergantung oven masing2. lakukan tes tusuk dengan tusuk gigi.

8..Remove from oven. Let it cool before cutting.
Keluarkan dari oven. biarkan dingin baru dipotong
