Banana Bread
This is one an easy recipe for classic banana bread that I have. The batter takes about 10 minutes to throw together, the bread stays moist for days, and nothing beats the smell of fresh banana bread in the oven.
I was busy crocheting a scarf while the banana bread was being baked in the oven and you know what? I forgot about that so the it burned a little. Sometimes crocheting makes me forget my surroundings.
Now is starting to get cold so I need a wool scarf to warm my neck. It was an easy crochet about 3 hours project. Simple but can warm my neck.

BANANA BREAD
3 Pisang matang, hancurkan dengan garpu
265 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
80 ml minyak sayur
2 butir telur
80 gram brown sugar
1sdt baking powder
1/2sdt baking soda
2sdt cinnamon powder
vanili
1sdt garam
Kacang2an secukupnya
1. Dalam mangkok besar, aduk rata telor dan brown sugar dengan mengunakan kocokan tangan.
2. Masukkan pisang dan minyak. Aduk rata
3. Masukkan terigu yang telah dicampur baking soda, baking powder, kayumanis, vanili dan garam.
4. Aduk rata. Tuang di loyang.
5. Panggang selama 45-55 menit di suhu 170 derajat, api atas bawah
